Julmani Foundation story is a direct result of two devastating and life changing challenges that were 18 years apart in the same family. A mother (Julia Ann Davis) and daughter (Tracy Imani Lynne Davis) were vehicle homicide victims of drunk drivers. In both cases the drunken driver (under age 25) had a short hospital stay and they are walking today.

Julia Ann Davis, age 41, was the first Davis Family victim of vehicle homicide by a drunken driver on July 4, 1987. Eighteen years later, April 27, 2005 also at the age of 41, Tracy Imani Lynne Davis became the second Davis family member victim of vehicle homicide by a drunken driver. The Davis family and friends have been severely effected by these 2 murders. They are committed to see that drunk drivers don't get away with murder.

Justice needs to be served in tragic cases like these.
