  My grandmother Dorothy E. Hunter was a victim of vehicle homicide on June 6, 2003 in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. Unfortunately, for me and my family the person that hit and killed my grandmother and her friend crossing the streets at 66th Ave & 15th Street wasn't caught.

  B.R.A.D. (Be Responsible About Drinking, Inc) was founded by the family and friends of Bradley McCue, a Michigan State University Junior who died of alcohol poisoning after celebrating his 21st birthday with the coming-of-age ritual of drinking 21 shots. Brad was my nephew. His parents sued the seller of the alcohol and started The Be Responsible About Drinking foundation. http://brad21.org

  My brother Steven "Stevie" Wayne Brown Jr., was walking home from school with two of his friends Marvin Horton and Rodney Applewhite, when a drunk driver by the name of Ellsworth Long came into school yard and struck the three of them. At the scene, Stevie said his last words to me, and never gained consciousness. He was put on life support at Children's Hospital, Columbus, Ohio and never regained consciousness. Rodney & Marvin survived.
