Over 500 people die needlessly every year in Pennsylvania due to impaired driving. More than 13,574 Pennsylvanians are injured each year in alcohol - related crashes. Miranda Casalena - "Will not get away with Drunk Driving"

On Wednesday April 13, 2006 - Judge Lerner Claims he has no prior knowledge of
any prior DUI's or arrest records other than an Arrest for Disorderly Conduct. However, Miranda Casalena, had her 1st DUI on July 14, 2003, Docket # 15301, CR0000027703,
CP # 0507033611. Miranda Casalena, had her 2nd DUI on Wednesday April 27, 2005, at 1:07am on the 4100 block of City Avenue. That DUI was a fatal accident that took the life of Tracy Imani Lynne Davis.

Wanda Davis meets with Cathy McDonald of The Philadelphia District Attorney's office to draft amendments to the Pennsylvania, DUI Laws. This is an effort to have a new bill introduced on April 27, anniversary of fatal accident that took the life of Tracy Imani Lynne Davis.
